Growing up, several LGBTQ+ library staff members said they would have loved to have been able to ask queer adults some questions. So, to celebrate Pride Month, they’ve formed a panel of queer friends to talk about their own experiences navigating the world and to answer questions from tweens and teens. Questions welcome! Collin Adkins from Cornell University Ext. will walk us through the various NYSERDA programs which provide financial incentives for residential Energy Efficiency, Solar Energy, and Electrification of Heating with Heat Pumps. Save the Earth and Save Money! The program will also feature a brief update on Croton's Sustainable Programs with Lindsay Audin, Chair of Croton's Sustainability Committee. Join the Recreation Department for the return of the summer movie series! Max and his pet friends explore the idyllic farm they now call home once their owner is absent. Hilarious circumstances ensue as the formerly urban denizens acquaint themselves with their new pastoral neighbors. Free admission.
