Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update for June 8, 2020

The Village of Croton-on-Hudson is continuing to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency along with our partners in Westchester County government. Our top priority is maintaining the safety and well-being of Village residents. To that end, we remind all residents to continue to practice social distancing by maintaining at least six feet distance from others when outside and to avoid gatherings.

Village parks and trails are crowded. You may not be able to practice social distancing when walking. As per Executive Order 202.17, any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance.

As of June 5, 2020, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Croton-on-Hudson was 170. This total represents all cases reported since the beginning of March. The number of "active cases" (that is, those which have been reported in the past two weeks) is 0.
