On motion of TRUSTEE _____________ seconded by TRUSTEE ___________, the following resolution was adopted unanimously by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
WHEREAS, the Treasurer wishes to open both sides of the General Fund budget to cover the cost of operating expenses, amending the 2004-2005 General Fund budget as detailed in the attached schedules;
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that the Village Treasurer amend the 2004 -2005 General Fund budget to reflect these changes.
