Local Law Introductory No. 8 of the year 2006
A local law to rescind paragraph B of Section 230-174 Penalties for Offenses and replaced with a paragraph referring to the Master Fee Schedule
Be it enacted by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Croton-on-Hudson as follows:
Section 1. Section 230-174, Paragraph B
Paragraph B is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Every person who shall violate this chapter shall be subject to a penalty set by Resolution by the Village Board of Trustees . Such penalty will be included in the Village Master Fee Schedule.
Section 2. This Local Law shall be effective upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State.
