On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
WHEREAS, the Simone Development Company, LLC has challenged its 2007 assessment; and
WHEREAS, the Village has agreed to reduce the 2007 assessed value to the newly revised 2008 assessed value; and
WHEREAS, under this agreement the 2007 assessed value will be reduced to $85,800 and the refund to the petitioner will be $19,171.58,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees authorizes the Village Attorney to execute the consent judgment between the Simone Development Company and the Village.
