Wait for the “start control” icon to activate and then click it
You will have 20 seconds to control the camera using the left-right and/or up-down scroll bars
To zoom, scroll toward the single tree icon to zoom in, scroll to the triple tree icon to zoom out
Click the camera icon to take a snap shot
