An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday January 8, 2007 at 9:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted 4-1 with Trustee Brennan voting no to enter into an executive session to discuss pending litigation involving 1A Croton Point Avenue

Village Treasurer Zambrano
Village Engineer O’Connor
No action was taken at the meeting.
On a motion by Trustee Wiegman, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 10:30pm.
