A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY was held on Monday November 20, 2006 at 7:30 pm at the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520.

Trustee Gallelli
Trustee Wiegman via speakerphone
Manager Herbek
Village Treasurer Zambrano
Village Engineer O’Connor
Village Attorney Staudt
On a motion by Trustee Kane, seconded by Trustee Gallelli, the Board voted to enter into an executive session on two matters of pending litigation; (1) involving the property at 1A Croton Point Avenue, and (2) involving Striclin Realty.
No action was taken during this executive session.
On a motion by Trustee Brennan, seconded by Trustee Kane, the Board voted to adjourn the Executive Session at 8:00 pm.
