 The Village Justice is Sam R. Watkins, Jr., and the Acting Village Justice is Paul S. Hoffman. Court is in session every Wednesday morning beginning at 9 AM with criminal matters handled first; 10:30 AM for
vehicle, traffic, parking, Village code violations, followed at 11:00 AM for civil, landlord and tenant, and small claim matters. Jury Trials are held on an as-needed basis on Monday and Tuesdays at 9 AM. The Justice Court is enrolled with the Department of Motor Vehicles under the Parking Scofflaw Plan. | |
