Attached is a preliminary feasibility report prepared by the New York Power Authority for the Village. The purpose of this report is to develop and evaluate preliminary options for improvements to the heating, cooling and other mechanical equipment at the Village.
These are only preliminary numbers and a more detailed analysis would need to be done to determine energy savings.
